Kathy Kurz, retired higher education consultant, lives in upstate NY with three chickens and a canary. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling to new places, and solving word puzzles. Her work has been published in Mom Egg Review, Rochester Women Magazine, and University Business. Beatrix Begonia, volume one in a series chronicling Beatrix’s adventures with the fairy godchildren she loves, is Kathy’s first book for young readers.
